All recipes you find here are whole30 approved and can be eating when you do a whole30. Of course you can also eat them if you’re not. These whole30 recipes are delicious enough to incorporate in your every day life!

What is a whole30? In a very short way of saying it, it means you will eat only the following foods for 30 days:

  • Fruits and vegetables
  • Meats of all sorts
  • Fish and other seafood
  • Nuts and seeds
  • Healthy oils (think olive oil, coconut oil)
  • No recreated baked goods such as paleo pizza or paleo cupcakes

That also means you will not eat the following for the same 30 days:

  • Alcohol
  • Processed foods
  • Legumes
  • Grains and pseudograins
  • Sugar (and sugar alternatives)
  • Dairy
